Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
• Improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist License (REQUIRED)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently
• Passion for helping patients regain independence

Preferred (Not Required)

• Manual therapy experience
• Dry needling certification
• Home health or outpatient experience
