Compensation:

$180,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience

Sr. Cloud Platform Engineer

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on cloud engineer who enjoys building secure, scalable platform foundations from the ground up. You’ll help shape multi-cloud infrastructure that supports internal AI workloads and enterprise platform initiatives across a complex environment.

If you like owning work end-to-end, solving tough infrastructure problems, and turning best practices into reusable automation, this role offers a strong opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and build cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Develop reusable modules with secure, scalable defaults
• Support Azure and AWS platform architecture
• Implement networking, identity, and access controls
• Automate infrastructure delivery with CI/CD workflows
• Troubleshoot complex platform and production issues
• Document solutions, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Support internal AI and multi-tenant infrastructure needs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years building cloud infrastructure in production
• Strong experience with Azure and AWS
• Proven Terraform experience from scratch
• Experience building reusable Terraform modules
• Strong Python scripting experience
• Solid networking knowledge, including DNS and routing
• Experience with identity and access management in both clouds
• Comfort working in multi-tenant environments
• Kubernetes exposure and infrastructure familiarity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with GitHub Actions and OIDC federation
• Knowledge of policy as code tools
• Experience with module testing or security scanning tools
• Background supporting AI or GPU infrastructure
• Experience with internal platform engineering
• Exposure to AKS, EKS, Helm, or GitOps tools
• Familiarity with AWS Control Tower or Entra federation
• Experience supporting regulated data environments
