Software Engineer

Position: Software Engineer Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Oklahoma City, OK Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Engineer to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building practical solutions, collaborating with clients, and owning work from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Develop and maintain backend features and application enhancements Build APIs, services, and database integrations Own tasks from requirements through testing and deployment Perform automated, manual, and regression testing Review code and provide practical feedback Estimate work and break down backlog items Support production issues and application improvements Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders Required Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience Strong recent C# and .NET backend experience Experience building business logic, APIs, and services Database integration experience in enterprise environments Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences Comfort working independently in an autonomous environment Practical experience using AI tools in development workflows or projects Ability to explain and validate technical decisions Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience across full-stack enterprise systems Background with Agile development teams Familiarity with continuous integration practices Experience with automated builds and container orchestration Exposure to front-end, mobile, or cross-platform development Experience mentoring teammates or guiding technical discussions Interest in applied AI and engineering enablement Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
