Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate for the human resource manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include benefit administration, recruitment and retention, employee/labor relations, safety and training/development. This position will report to the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources.

Wage Information

The pay range for this position is $35.00 to $38.50 per hour. This is the pay range for this position that Park Hyatt Aviara reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• 2 or more years of human resource or management experience preferred
