Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality, patient-centered care focused on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

------------------

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
