Lead Systems Engineer

The Performance, Operability and Methods group within the Systems Engineering organization is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to lead a team to modernize, enhance, and consolidate our Performance and Operability tools and processes.

The position provides the individual with an opportunity to interface with performance, operability and controls analysts for engines and APU product lines, component design teams, testing, and experts in the systems engineering groups. Diverse technical and project management skills are needed to create, modernize, and implement tools, methods, and infrastructure.

The selected candidate will be based at our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico site and will collaborate with a global workforce, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives, international projects, and cross-functional teams.
