Advanced Software Engineer

Be part of a team that develops highly complex software within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be an active and integral member of the Next Generation Avionics team, partnering with Engineering Leaders, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ship services and tools that greatly increase the productivity of our users to deliver and integrate their applications in complex avionics systems.

You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.

We are seeking an Advanced Software Engineer, to join our development team in building the next generation Avionics SaaS tools to enable our users to build and integrate their critical applications within their aircraft systems. The product you will be designing and developing is a distributed, event-driven, microservices platform.

You will leverage your skills to develop features within a containerized and decoupled microservices architecture and be responsible for the design, build, test, and deployment of new features leveraging DevOps continuous delivery practices.

You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. NO RELOCATION OFFERED.
