INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER
Department: Information Technology

POSITION SUMMARY
The Information Systems Manager at Home Legend is responsible for managing the Company's information systems, technology infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, and day-to-day IT operations. This position ensures technology systems are reliable, secure, properly maintained, and aligned with the Company's business and operational needs.
This is a hands-on management role that works closely with leadership and department managers to resolve technology issues, improve business processes, manage technology vendors, and implement practical technology solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Company's IT infrastructure, including networks, computers, servers, cloud services, telecommunications, and related systems.
- Manage and support business applications and systems, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Provide leadership for day-to-day IT support and ensure timely resolution of employee technology issues.
- Maintain appropriate cybersecurity, user access, backup, and data protection practices.
- Lead or coordinate IT projects, system implementations, and technology improvements.
- Work with department leaders to identify technology needs and improve business processes through technology.
- Manage relationships with IT service providers, software vendors, and other technology partners.
- Assist with IT budgeting, technology purchasing, and management of the Company's technology assets.
- Develop and maintain appropriate IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Communicate IT issues, risks, project status, and recommendations to Company leadership.
- Stay current with relevant technology developments and recommend practical improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including experience supporting business systems and IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and user administration.
- Experience managing IT vendors and technology projects.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
- Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or ERP experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is primarily based in an office environment with regular interaction with warehouse and operational areas. Occasional travel and work outside normal business hours may be required for system implementations, maintenance, or critical IT issues.
