Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic analysis, and business-unit decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned business units, functions, or projects.
• Build models and dashboards for KPIs and business performance.
• Analyze results, explain drivers and variances, and provide leadership insights.
• Evaluate initiatives, develop business cases, identify cost optimization, support long-range planning and scenario analysis, and prepare reporting packages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• Five or more years of financial-planning-and-analysis experience, ideally mortgage-related.
• Strong spreadsheet, reporting, business-intelligence, financial-system, accounting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite, meet deadlines, and support occasional adjusted, overtime, evening, or weekend schedules. A smartphone that meets organizational security requirements and supports required authentication applications is required.
