Our therapy department is employed directly by the facility, so our therapists and other facility departments work toward the same goals and are part of the same team.

Heritage Park is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Roy, Utah. Our facility is locally operated, allowing leadership to make decisions based on the needs of our staff, patients and community.

Physical Therapy license
