This role is for physical therapists who want to run their own practice, keep their independence, and get paid through insurance without taking on the full administrative workload. We're growing our network of independent PTs treating patients at home across Greater Los Angeles, including Torrance, the South Bay and Long Beach.

Whether you're just starting to see patients on your own, building up an existing caseload, or adding visits alongside your current role, this is a way to grow your practice on your terms.

What You Get

• Accept insurance: Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial PPOs
• $95 per evaluation and $80 per follow-up visit, paid twice a month, even when insurance is behind

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in California
• Ability to practice independently
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor
• Reliable transportation for home visits in the South Bay and Long Beach

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employment relationship. Each PT runs their own practice, and HealthSpark handles the administrative infrastructure.

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• California Physical Therapist license (Preferred)
