In-Home Physical Therapist (PRN) - Woodland Hills

Active California Physical Therapist license required.

HealthSpark is hiring physical therapists to treat Medicare Part B patients in their homes around Woodland Hills and the west San Fernando Valley. We handle insurance, billing, and paperwork so the time goes to patients.

Pay

• $95 per evaluation
• $80 per follow-up visit
• Payouts twice a month on a fixed schedule

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)
• Reliable transportation within the San Fernando Valley

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• California Physical Therapist license (Preferred)
