Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes promptly, and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to implement care plans and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the United States (state-specific licensure to be verified)
• ICU nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shift patterns
• Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and thorough documentation skills
