  • Assist with clinical analytics and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Leverage Microsoft's AI technology ecosystem and low-code development capabilities to develop practical solutions.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend appropriate technology, automation, or process improvements.
  • Partner with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Participate in developing AI best practices, education, and responsible implementation across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional experience within healthcare, preferably a hospital or health system.
  • Experience in data science, healthcare analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, or a closely related discipline.
  • Understanding of hospital Revenue Cycle operations, clinical workflows, or healthcare informatics.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions to operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with clinical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to a developing technology program.
  • Willingness to learn and expand technical capabilities within AI engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, SQL, R, or similar analytical and programming technologies.
  • Experience developing predictive models, forecasting solutions, or machine learning applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's AI ecosystem, Azure AI technologies, or low-code automation platforms.
  • Experience with hospital Revenue Cycle analytics, claims denial prediction, billing, or coding.
  • Clinical informatics experience, including working directly with physicians, nurses, or clinical leadership.
  • Experience with healthcare data integration, workflow automation, or process improvement.
