The Role

• Identify business challenges and opportunities, defining key metrics for success.
• Translate business needs into clear epics and user stories for engineering teams.
• Drive product delivery through Agile practices, collaborating with design and engineering.
• Monitor feature performance post-launch to identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, including roadmap and backlog development.
• Proven experience partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features.
• Experience using analytics and optimization tools to inform product decisions.
