IT Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to provide high-quality technical support across a large-scale operational environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting, system installations, and hardware maintenance.
• Partner with operational leadership to drive continuous improvement of technical solutions and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Manage infrastructure deployments for new facilities and maintain consistent service levels across all supported locations.
• Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and inventory management processes to ensure operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience developing technical teams across multiple locations, including at least 2 years in an IT operations management capacity.
• A Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of equivalent professional or military experience.
• Proficiency in Linux or Unix systems administration.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Annual salary of $116,800 – $160,000.
