Business Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Provide analytical support for operational initiatives and root cause investigations to improve process efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data collection processes, ensuring high data integrity and accuracy across reporting systems.
• Design queries, compile complex datasets, and generate actionable reports to present findings to leadership teams.
• Conduct in-depth research into defect trends and perform data mining to solve operational challenges.
• Support compliance requirements and assist with process coordination as needed within the facility.

What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (including v-lookups, pivot tables, VBA, and macros).
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python, with demonstrated experience using data to drive process improvements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
