Build agentic AI systems that go into production at some of the largest enterprises in the US, not proofs of concept that stall.

The Company

A global consulting and technology firm’s data and AI transformation practice. It combines strategy with hands-on engineering to deliver governed, production-grade GenAI and agentic solutions. The practice is investing heavily in new US hubs.

The Role

• Build AI agents and agentic workflows end to end for enterprise clients
• Implement RAG and LLM systems, inference pipelines and APIs
• Apply governance, security and monitoring to production AI
• Contribute to reusable accelerators and reference architectures
• Work directly with client stakeholders on ambiguous business problems

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in software or AI/ML engineering with a strong backend foundation
• Production experience with agents, function calling, RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Comfort in client-facing work and explaining technical decisions
• Existing US work authorisation
