Need 15+ years exp and above 🎯 Ideal Candidate: A hands-on VMware SME who can manage enterprise-scale virtualization infrastructure, proactively monitor capacity, review infrastructure change requests, and drive hardware lifecycle and platform modernization initiatives. some one with expertise in Vsphere and VCF9 We are looking for a highly experienced Senior VMware Systems Engineer / Virtualization SME with strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere 8 and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) to support a large-scale enterprise infrastructure environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements: ✅ Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 8 and VCF 9 — must-have skills ✅ Experience managing large-scale VMware environments, ideally 400–500 physical servers ✅ Strong expertise in NSX-T, vSAN, Aria Operations, VRLI, and VRNI ✅ Experience with VMware migrations, server refreshes, capacity planning, and performance monitoring ✅ Strong automation skills using PowerCLI, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform ✅ Banking / Financial Services experience is highly preferred ✅ Understanding of security, regulatory compliance, governance, and production change-management protocols ✅ Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, incident management, and production support
