Role Overview

We are seeking motivated recent graduates and entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Business Analysis team. Candidates should have an interest in business processes, data analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and problem-solving.

This opportunity provides practical exposure to business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, Agile, Scrum, Jira, Excel, SQL, and Power BI while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Support requirement analysis and project documentation.
• Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Support data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor//'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with BRD, FRD, and user stories.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
