Role Overview

We are seeking motivated recent graduates and entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Data Analytics team. Candidates should have an interest in data analysis, reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence.

This opportunity provides practical exposure to Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and data analysis techniques while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources.
• Clean and validate datasets to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Work with Excel and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Assist in developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful insights.
• Identify data inconsistencies and assist with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Prepare documentation and present analytical findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet functions.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
