Job description

About this role

Are you energized by bringing marketing campaigns to life — from tradeshow booths to digital ads — and thrive on keeping multiple projects moving forward? Then join our mission to pioneer smarter water solutions that reduce energy use and improve lives.

Founded in 1923, Peerless Pump Company (a Grundfos subsidiary) is a US-based manufacturer of horizontal and vertical centrifugal pumps for fire, industrial, and municipal applications. With pump installations in 145 countries, Peerless is globally recognized for engineering tough, reliable, and versatile pump solutions with extensive flow and pressure capabilities.

From our production facilities in Indianapolis and Houston to our service centers in Lubbock and Fresno, Peerless pumps are designed to protect people and property from fire and to bring water where it’s needed most. Our product quality is second to none, but it’s our people who’ve made us Peerless for over 100 years. Our legacy of innovation is fueled by attracting, training, and retaining employees from diverse backgrounds.

With competitive benefits and a strong emphasis on development, growth, and innovation, Peerless employees come seeking a job but stay to build a career.

As our new Marketing Coordinator, you'll be producing marketing assets and coordinating campaigns across tradeshows, email, social, and digital channels that drive commercial growth and brand visibility. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

This position follows a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and will be based out of our Indianapolis, IN office.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Marketing team, you'll create impact by orchestrating campaigns and events that connect our solutions with the customers who need them, while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and projects on track.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across tradeshows, email, organic social, and paid digital channels, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and content that align with business objectives.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing request queue and maintain collateral, digital assets, and content libraries to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors on deliverables, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support internal communications through the Employee Activity Committee and assist the Marketing and Communication Director with administrative tasks and budget tracking.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional with a knack for juggling multiple projects, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills that keep teams and partners in sync. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or Business Management — or comparable experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing planning, event planning, or tradeshow coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management and reporting.

It's a plus if you also:

  • Project management experience or familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience coordinating paid digital or email marketing campaigns.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Why you'll love working here

  • Benefits available include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and any leave required under federal, state, or local law, as applicable, such as leave under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
  • Other compensation provided may include (overtime if applicable), employee stock purchase programs, merit increases, 401(k) matching, (commission if applicable), bonuses, PTO/Vacation, and paid holidays.
  • Three days’ additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

The salary range for this position is $58,400 - $87,325. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile.
