The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding dispensary partnerships, hitting aggressive growth targets, and owning the P&L impact of their territory.

- Manage territory pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting with precision.
- Deliver product directly to accounts as needed; ensure timely, professional service (if allowed in States compliance).
- Report weekly KPIs and performance metrics to Sales Director of IL and VP of Sales.

- Account Retention: 90%+ reorder rate across existing customers.
- Sales Activity: Minimum 40 meaningful account touches (calls/visits) per week.

- Comfortable with CRM, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
