Senior Software Engineer

Role: Senior Software Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN Contract Duration: 08 Months Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead mobile software delivery for Pelvic Health Mobile and proprietary software applications.

This role combines technical expertise in mobile development with Agile project management, release planning, and cross-functional leadership to ensure timely, high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned mobile software releases.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and release schedules.
• Track Agile metrics, monitor project progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and product engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Apply technical judgment to maintain software quality and architectural alignment.
• Ensure compliance with software development processes and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing mobile software delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Android and mobile software development using Java or Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint execution, and backlog management.
• Experience with project planning, technical leadership, and delivery tracking.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with GitHub, GitLab, DevOps tools, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM), and mobile testing practices.
