A leading global hedge fund is looking for a Technical Product Manager to help develop technology supporting its post-trade and investment operations platform.

The role sits between Technology, Trading, Operations and investment teams, owning products and workflows that support the lifecycle of complex portfolios after execution. This is a highly technical product role requiring a strong understanding of financial markets, front-to-back workflows and the technology underpinning a sophisticated hedge fund.

The Role

• Own product strategy and delivery across key post-trade and middle-office technology.
• Work across workflows spanning positions, cash, financing, margin, collateral and liquidity.
• Partner with Engineering and business users to translate complex financial workflows into scalable technology.
• Drive products supporting trade lifecycle, reconciliations, settlements, funding and portfolio operations.
• Define requirements, prioritize roadmaps and take new functionality from discovery through production.
• Improve automation and reduce manual processes across critical investment workflows.
• Work with data and engineering teams on integrations across trading, risk, operations and external counterparties.
• Partner directly with senior stakeholders across Technology and the investment business.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager or senior Business Analyst within financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of post-trade, middle office and front-to-back trading workflows.
• Experience across areas such as financing, collateral, margin, liquidity, cash management, settlements or reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of how trades, positions and cash flow through an investment platform.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams on complex financial systems.
• Background within a hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank, prime broker or trading firm.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, databases and system integrations advantageous.
