Role Description

The Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. This role designs and validates end-to-end solutions that leverage Glasslake’s agentic AI platform to address complex SAP transformation needs for enterprise customers and partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into solution architectures, and defining integration patterns with existing SAP and non-SAP systems.

The Solutions Architect works closely with consulting, product, and software development teams to create implementation plans, oversee technical design reviews, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

The role also involves producing technical documentation, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, providing guidance during testing and deployment, and contributing field feedback to refine Glasslake’s platform and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.
• Consulting experience, with the ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and advise stakeholders on SAP transformation strategies.
• Hands-on Software Development background, with familiarity in modern application architectures and APIs.
• Integration expertise across SAP and non-SAP systems, including data flows, middleware, and interoperability patterns.
• Deep understanding of Business Process design and optimization within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with SAP landscapes (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW, or related modules) and enterprise AI or automation platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in global or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives is highly beneficial.
