Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Locations: Evanston, Glenview & Highland Park, IL

Pay Rate: Competitive Pay

Shift: Day & Night Shifts

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift Duration: 12 Hours

Start Date: November 8 & November 15, 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a cardiac telemetry and medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and carry out physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Previous RN experience in Telemetry or Med-Surg/Telemetry.
• Strong cardiac monitoring and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.
