RN – Geriatric

Location: Washington, NC

Pay Rate: Competitive Pay

Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Shift Length: 8 Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a nursing and rehabilitation facility.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions.
• Administer medications and carry out physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of recent RN experience.
• Active North Carolina RN license required.
• Local candidates only within 100 miles of the facility.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• No floating required.
