The Software Engineering Summer Intern will support the design, development, implementation, testing, verification, and integration of software components for Surgery Imaging systems while collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and implementation of automated test frameworks to identify issues and regressions with sub-components used in Surgery imaging systems Triage software defects (with guidance of senior engineers) to identify root cause and implement solutions Verification and Validation of software design and requirements, including supporting engineering builds and testing Reliability analysis of components and systems Participate in peer code reviews Prepare documentation to capture software designs and requirements

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent major Sophomore year minimum GPA: 3.0 Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
