Our services include testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatments, PRP, pulse wave therapy, peptides, vitamin therapy, supplements, and more—all in a welcoming "man cave" environment with an on-site lab.

The schedule and benefits

• 32 guaranteed paid hours: Tuesday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
• A fifth weekday may be added, increasing the schedule to 40 hours. Applicants must be available for this future schedule.
• No nights or weekends.
• Biweekly pay.
• Five days of PTO after 90 days.
• Designated paid holidays when they fall on a scheduled workday, according to clinic policy.
• Weekly ongoing in-house classroom training is required.

What you’ll do

• Perform blood draws, injections, vital signs, specimen processing, and in-house lab testing.
• Administer prescribed treatments and perform authorized procedures within your nursing scope, provider orders, training, and clinic protocols.
• Perform procedures involving male genitalia—not simply prepare patients or assist. Comfort with intimate care and sexual health conversations is essential.
• Support our provider, provide provider-directed patient education, and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Confidently recommend appropriate additional services and products, including vitamin shots and supplements, and introduce peptide services for provider evaluation. Ethical upselling is part of this role: educate accurately, respect patient choice, and stay within your scope.
• Help with phones, scheduling, check-in/out, cleaning, stocking, and keeping the clinic patient-ready.
• Complete required training and request Google reviews as part of delivering an excellent patient experience.

Our provider handles consultations, treatment decisions, prescribing, and treatment enrollment.

Who we need

• An active, unrestricted Florida RN license or valid multistate RN license authorizing Florida practice.
• Current BLS certification and at least two years of RN experience.
• Strong blood draw and injection skills; competency will be assessed. Current phlebotomy experience is not necessary.
• A warm, outgoing personality and demonstrated interest in health and wellness.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality. We need someone who reliably shows up, ready to work, for their full scheduled shift.
• Initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to accept and apply feedback.
• Comfort with technology and a small-team approach where everyone contributes.

Men’s health, hormone therapy, urology, or private outpatient experience is preferred.

Pre-qualification questions — ANSWER IN WRITING

• What RN license do you hold? Is it active and unrestricted?
• How many years of RN experience do you have, and in which settings?
• What is your experience with blood draws and injections?
• What interests you about health and wellness, and how do you keep learning? How would you encourage a patient struggling with a provider-recommended lifestyle change?
• Give an example of how you built a meaningful patient relationship.
• Are you comfortable performing authorized procedures involving male genitalia after training and competency verification?
• Are you comfortable recommending appropriate services and products? Explain how you would introduce an option within your scope while respecting patient choice.
• Are you willing to help with phones, front desk coverage, stocking, and cleaning?
• Can you reliably work our current schedule and a future fifth weekday? Include your earliest start date and desired pay within the advertised range.
