About this role
Clinic Director — Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Gameday Men’s Health Viera Suntree | Melbourne, Florida
$75–$85/hour + quarterly performance bonus opportunity + periodic staff bonuses
Currently Tuesday–Friday | 32 guaranteed minimum paid hours | Three-day weekends
Enjoy your work. Know your patients. Grow with us.
Build a career where your clinical judgment, personality, and patient relationships matter.
At Gameday Men’s Health Viera Suntree, conversations come naturally, laughter is part of the day, and patients look forward to coming back. Sports on the TVs, comfortable surroundings, and a small, welcoming team create our laid-back “man cave” atmosphere.
Our atmosphere is relaxed. Our standards for patient care, accountability, and follow-through are high.
We’re an established, locally owned concierge, cash-pay men’s health practice seeking a clinically confident NP or PA with an outgoing, engaging personality and strong ethical sales skills. You’ll lead patient care, oversee medical operations, and work closely with our owners, clinic manager, and support staff.
You value an active lifestyle, take a personal interest in health and wellness, and bring that enthusiasm to your work. You enjoy a sports-oriented atmosphere and connect with patients about fitness, healthy habits, and their goals—leading by example while meeting each patient where he is.
We plan to open two additional clinics over the next two years, creating opportunities for professional growth and greater responsibility.
Pay, benefits, and schedule
- $75–$85/hour, based on relevant experience and clinical skills, plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities and participation in all periodic staff bonuses.
- Guaranteed minimum of 32 paid hours weekly, with the potential to increase to 40 hours as patient demand and clinic expansion require. Additional hours may be introduced before our second location opens.
- Quarterly performance bonuses are tied to clinic profitability. The written formula and eligibility requirements will be explained during hiring.
- 10 days PTO, plus paid designated holidays that fall on scheduled workdays.
- Employer-paid medical malpractice insurance.
- Current schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
- Three-day weekends—Saturday, Sunday, and Monday—with the current schedule. Occasional time-sensitive patient concerns or medication refill orders may require attention on a day off.
- Additional early-morning and/or evening appointments Tuesday–Friday may be introduced for new patients who work during our regular hours. The team will determine together which days and times work for them while meeting patient needs.
- Ongoing, mandatory in-house sales and clinical training.
- Once our second location opens, the position will expand to five workdays total per week, divided between the two clinics. Timing and scheduling will be discussed in advance.
Your clinical role
Our services include testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, peptides, medical weight management, vitamin therapy, PRP, and other wellness and musculoskeletal services. Our on-site laboratory provides testosterone results in approximately 15 minutes, helping patients get answers and discuss next steps during their visit.
You will:
- Conduct thorough consultations, evaluate medical histories, interpret laboratory findings, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage appropriate treatment, assess progress and side effects, and adjust care as needed.
- Perform applicable in-office procedures, including PRP, men’s intimate examinations, and sexual health procedures within your training and scope.
- Manage follow-up care, medication refill orders, and accurate, timely documentation.
- Recognize abnormalities, contraindications, and concerns requiring further evaluation or specialist referral.
- Provide clinical direction to medical staff on patient care, procedures, and medical protocols.
- Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and applicable prescribing and clinical standards.
This position oversees medical staff on medical operations only and reports to clinic management on all nonmedical matters, including scheduling, administrative operations, business policies, and personnel management. Medical decisions remain with the appropriately licensed provider, within applicable scope and physician collaboration or supervision requirements.
Clinical confidence and ethical sales
Helping patients move forward with appropriate care is an essential responsibility of this position.
You must be comfortable explaining treatment recommendations and pricing, establishing value, addressing hesitation, and asking patients whether they are ready to begin. You’ll also recognize opportunities to recommend additional services or treatment options when clinically appropriate and aligned with the patient’s goals.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the consultation and contributes to treatment acceptance, patient retention, and practice growth.
Sound clinical judgment, honest communication, and informed patient choice guide every recommendation—including knowing when treatment is unnecessary or a referral is needed.
Who will thrive here
You’re an experienced clinician who:
- Naturally initiates conversations, builds rapport quickly, and brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.
- Makes patients comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns.
- Combines strong clinical judgment with confident consultation and ethical sales skills.
- Values health, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
- Takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through without repeated reminders.
- Provides clear clinical direction and works collaboratively with management.
- Is coachable, welcomes feedback, and applies mandatory sales and clinical training.
- Wants to build lasting patient relationships and contribute to a growing practice.
Qualifications
Required:
- At least three years of clinical practice experience as an NP or PA; five or more preferred.
- Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license with appropriate NP certification, or Florida PA license with current PA-C certification.
- Active DEA registration, or ability to obtain it before beginning duties requiring it.
- Strong patient assessment, laboratory interpretation, treatment planning, documentation, and computer skills.
- Comfort performing men’s intimate examinations and applicable procedures.
- Ability to meet applicable prescribing, collaboration, supervision, and credentialing requirements.
- Availability for the current schedule, occasional responsibilities outside clinic hours, team-agreed additional morning or evening hours, and expansion to 40 hours and a five-day schedule between two clinics.
Preferred
Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, urology, endocrinology, primary care, sexual health, or concierge medicine; relevant procedure experience; clinical oversight of support staff; and demonstrated success with consultations, treatment acceptance, and retention in a cash-pay practice.
