Occupational Therapist

We are specifically seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to serve as a consulting member of our multidisciplinary team.

As an hourly, contracted professional, your duties will include the following:

• Evaluation/assessment (PDMS-2, DAYC-2, PDMS-3 and/or Bayley 4 experience required)
• Consulation/support for our staff and families whom we serve.
• Possible direct service provision on an as-needed, case-by-case basis.
