Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team.
The selected clinician will provide individualized physical therapy services to individuals with disabilities across the lifespan in outpatient and in-home settings throughout the Las Vegas area. Our client population includes neurodivergent individuals and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), with a wide range of physical, developmental, mobility, and functional support needs.
This is a community-based position requiring local travel to client residences and other designated service locations.
We are looking for a professional who is comfortable working independently, managing their schedule, and collaborating with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess mobility, strength, balance, coordination, range of motion, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, functional goals, and physician recommendations.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to individuals with disabilities across the lifespan in outpatient and residential settings.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, functional mobility training, balance activities, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education as clinically appropriate.
- Address physical limitations affecting mobility, transfers, posture, coordination, and participation in daily activities.
- Support neurodivergent individuals and individuals with IDD through individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Assess the need for assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and mobility supports, providing appropriate recommendations and training.
- Educate caregivers, family members, and support staff on therapeutic exercises, safe mobility techniques, positioning, and strategies to promote functional independence.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state regulations, professional standards, and payer documentation requirements.
- Travel to assigned client locations throughout the Las Vegas area.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Nevada.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in community-based settings.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between client locations.
Compensation & Opportunities

Additional Position Details
