Graphic Designer, Digital, Print & Motion Graphics

Fox Cigar is seeking a highly skilled, fast-paced Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative marketing team. This role requires a creative professional who is an expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, proficient in creating animated GIFs, and able to produce high-quality digital and print designs under tight deadlines. The position emphasizes speed, creativity, technical expertise, and consistent delivery.

This high-volume position supports multiple e-commerce brands, bar/lounge locations, and events. The ideal candidate is efficient, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

Please note that this is an active smoking/tobacco-friendly environment. Employees will be routinely exposed to secondhand smoke and the odor of tobacco products during their shift.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Motion Graphics

• Design daily promotional email graphics, website banners, advertisements, and social media content.
• Produce original vector illustrations, custom graphics, and marketing artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
• Perform professional photo editing, product image manipulation, compositing, and retouching in Photoshop.
• Create animated GIFs and promotional animations as needed.
• Adapting creative assets quickly across brands, campaigns, and formats.

Print & Brand

Design

• Design flyers, posters, event materials, signage, product inserts, and promotional print collateral.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, bleeds, resolution, and color profiles.
• Maintain visual consistency across e-commerce stores, retail locations, and marketing channels.

Creative Production & Team Collaboration

• Work directly with email marketing, social media, photography, and management teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive daily deadlines.
• Turn creative briefs into polished, marketing-driven designs with minimal direction.
• Respond quickly to revisions, last-minute promotions, and changing business priorities.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or high-volume marketing.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills are mandatory, including original vector artwork, illustrations, and typography.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills are mandatory, including photo manipulation, retouching, compositing, and digital design.
• Demonstrated ability to create animated GIFs is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and preparation of print-ready artwork.
• Strong understanding of advertising design, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality creative work quickly and accurately.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, accept feedback, and execute revisions efficiently.
• Must be flexible and available to work overtime, including evenings or weekends when business demands require it.

We are not looking for someone who relies solely on templates or basic design software. We need a hands-on designer with genuine technical expertise, strong creative instincts, and the ability to produce original, professional work.

You must be comfortable in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment where priorities change, campaigns run daily, and creative output directly supports sales and marketing performance.

This position requires someone who can design quickly without sacrificing quality, manage a demanding workload, and consistently deliver results.

Position Details

• Employment: Full-Time, Salaried Position

• Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site, In-Office
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for additional hours, evenings, and weekends as required
• Compensation: Salary negotiable based on demonstrated experience, technical capabilities, and portfolio quality

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
