PHYSICAL THERAPIST (IN HOME) FOR OLDER ADULTS

Physical Therapist – In-Home | North Phoenix & Scottsdale

Contract PT position with the opportunity to build toward a full-time caseload.

This is not traditional home health. No OASIS assessments and no hours of unnecessary documentation. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to spend more time with your clients, build meaningful long-term relationships, and focus on helping older adults gain and maintaintheir independence.

Flint Physiotherapy is a hybrid Medicare and private-pay practice focused on long-term care, quality relationships, and meaningful outcomes. We are not a “turn-and-burn” practice; we value continuity and individualized care.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle for travel between clients’ homes
• Strong interest in working with older adults
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay: $70.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
