AWS Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is seeking a AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Boston, MA. This is a direct hire role and onsite 3 days per week. The ideal candidate is comfortable across modern cloud and SaaS technologies while holding strong networking and systems fundamentals.

Cloud & Platform Services Administer and support cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms. Assist with deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services. Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives alongside senior staff.

Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability, and follow up on what monitoring surfaces. Microsoft 365 & Identity Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID. Support identity and access management in a hybrid environment, including Active Directory, conditional access, and endpoint compliance.

Troubleshoot email, collaboration, authentication, and device management issues through to resolution. 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments. Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

Solid networking fundamentals: switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless, with real troubleshooting experience. Hands-on exposure to AWS or Azure — comfort navigating, deploying, and supporting cloud resources.
