Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

It is a physician-led primary care and urgent care practice on Oracle Road in Tucson (Catalina / Oro Valley area) — is hiring a full-time or Part - time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care.

The role:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults: acute visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care
• Office-based primary care at our Oracle Road clinic — work alongside our physician-led team, with telehealth visits, walk-in urgent care support, and on-site X-ray and lab
• Built-in team support: an in-office RN runs our chronic care management (CCM) program, and a clinical pharmacist sees patients directly for diabetes, obesity, hormone replacement, and medication management
• Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 am–5 pm — no nights, no call, no hospital rounds (clinic is open Mon–Sat, 7 am–7 pm)

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona NP or PA license (or eligibility)
• 1–3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
