Female Foundations is a growing, women-centered pelvic health clinic in Murfreesboro, TN. We specialize in individualized, one-on-one care for women across the lifespan — from pregnancy and postpartum to athletes, chronic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

We are an out-of-network, cash-based practice. This means:

• No double-booking
• No productivity quotas
• No insurance-driven plan of care limitations
• Treatment based on the patient in front of you

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who:

• Is passionate about women’s health and pelvic floor therapy
• Values autonomy and clinical reasoning

• Enjoys building strong patient relationships
• Is comfortable (or excited to learn) with educating and marketing within the community

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions (prenatal, postpartum, pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, core dysfunction, etc.)
• Provide 1:1, hour-long treatment sessions
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Complete efficient, streamlined documentation
• Participate in occasional community workshops or events
• Collaborate with local providers (OBGYNs, fitness professionals, etc.)

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee (or eligible)
• Pelvic health training (Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, ICE, etc.)
• New grads with strong pelvic health clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills
• Growth mindset and team mentality
