We are currently seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support a vital mission for a U.S. Government customer. In this role, you will play a key part in providing critical incident response support to civilian government agencies and essential asset owners facing cyber-attacks.
Your expertise will contribute to immediate investigations and resolutions that protect our nation’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and prioritization of use cases in collaboration with mission stakeholders.
- Gather and meticulously document requirements for technology integration pilots to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate dynamic stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Translate mission challenges into actionable technology capability requirements.
- Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for innovative technology insertions.
- Define measurable objectives and success criteria to drive technology initiatives forward.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Support governance review processes by conducting thorough business impact analyses.
- Create impactful stakeholder communications and status reports to keep all parties informed.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the entire technology integration lifecycle.
- Assist in leadership alignment activities through comprehensive briefings and documentation.
- Facilitate lessons learned and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
- 5+ years of direct relevant experience in IT, cyber security operations, systems integration or related fields
- Strong requirements development and documentation skills
- Experience with use case development and user story creation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project coordination and tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
- Experience with cloud technologies and services
- Experience with agile requirements management
Required Education:
- BS Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma & 7-9 years of directly relevant experience.
Desired Certifications:
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II
