Registered Nurse - Fairview Skilled Nursing

Fairview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to join our nursing team on the 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift.

We are looking for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with residents, working collaboratively with a supportive team, and providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring and documenting resident conditions
• Communicating changes in condition to physicians, families, and the care team
• Supervising and supporting LNAs
• Following all nursing, safety, and infection-control policies
• Helping create a positive and respectful environment for residents

Requirements:

• Current New Hampshire RN or LPN license
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: $26.50 - $36.00 per hour
