Registered Nurse - Fairview Skilled Nursing

Fairview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care nursing team.

This role is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional who is dependable, caring, and committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive senior living environment. The RN will provide nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

This is a part-time position or full time with hours of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. On call is required for full time staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
• Monitoring residents’ health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Responding appropriately to changes in condition and emergency situations
• Documenting care accurately and timely in PointClickCare
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Following health, safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
• Maintaining confidentiality and upholding nursing best practices
• Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and nursing team

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Successful completion of RN program
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Knowledge of emergency care and health and safety guidelines
• PointClickCare experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, compassionate, dependable, and able to handle stress

Pay: $26.50 - $36.00 per hour
