About this role

About The Role

The role owns integrated demand generation for a growth-stage B2B SaaS company, translating product positioning into campaigns that reliably fill the pipeline across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social.

You will partner with sales, product marketing, and design to build and measure multi-channel programs, reporting directly on pipeline contribution, CAC, and funnel conversion to marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn/Google Ads, webinars, and organic content channels
  • Own the demand-gen dashboard: define KPIs, build reporting in GA4 and the CRM, and iterate campaigns based on pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Manage the content calendar with writers and designers to ship landing pages, nurture sequences, and thought-leadership assets on schedule
  • Run structured A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
  • Own SEO/SEM strategy: keyword targeting, on-page optimization, and paid search budget allocation
  • Manage a six-figure program budget and agency/vendor relationships, reallocating spend quarterly based on performance
  • Present campaign performance and quarterly plans to marketing and sales leadership

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-7 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with documented pipeline or revenue impact
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, and at least one paid platform (Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong grasp of the B2B funnel and ABM concepts; comfortable working from SQL through closed-won metrics
  • Excellent copywriting and campaign brief skills; able to direct designers and writers without micromanaging
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets for funnel analysis and budget forecasting; familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS or developer-tools marketing, familiarity with attribution tools (Dreamdata, HockeyStack, or similar), or running webinar/event programs
