About this role

About The Role

The Marketing Manager owns demand generation for a cloud software portfolio, translating technical positioning into campaigns that fill pipeline and move buyers through the funnel.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the role partners closely with sales, product marketing, and content to plan, launch, and measure multi-channel programs across email, paid search, social, and web — with clear accountability for MQLs, CAC, and revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated demand-gen campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and webinars from brief to launch to post-mortem
  • Own campaign performance: define KPIs, maintain dashboards in GA4 and Looker, and reallocate budget based on CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline impact
  • Develop landing pages, nurture sequences, and lifecycle emails in HubSpot; manage SEO/SEM strategy with agencies and in-house specialists
  • Run structured A/B tests on messaging, creative, and page layouts; document learnings and scale what works
  • Partner with product marketing and sales to localize positioning into campaigns, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing content
  • Manage a six-figure program budget and vendor relationships, negotiating rates and holding partners to performance commitments
  • Report weekly on channel performance and pipeline contribution to marketing and sales leadership

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-7 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C technology, with at least 2 years owning demand generation end-to-end
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline or measurable revenue through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building funnel models, interpreting attribution data, and making budget trade-offs
  • Excellent copywriting and project management; able to run 5+ concurrent workstreams with design, content, and sales stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), product-led-growth motions, SEO strategy, or marketing at a startup past Series B
