Part-Time Occupational Therapist (Pain Management Program)

Location: Rohnert Park, CA

Hours: 10–20/week | 4 days of 2-hour group classes + evaluations before/after classes

STAC Physical Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and help lead a Pain Management Program in partnership with a long-standing medical group. This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a structured group setting and wants a consistent, part-time schedule. We’ve partnered with this group for over 15 years and will provide full training.

What You’ll Do

• Lead 6-week workers’ compensation group classes focused on pain management, functional restoration, and activity pacing
• Perform 45-minute morning and afternoon evaluations
• Document efficiently using phone dictation (no insurance billing!)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, and physical therapists

What We’re Looking For

• California-licensed Occupational Therapist
• Experience with chronic pain or work conditioning programs (preferred)
• Excellent communication and group facilitation skills
