Multimedia Designer
opportunity is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life across graphic design, video, animation, digital media, and interactive content.
You'll partner with Marketing, Business Development, attorneys, and other internal stakeholders to develop compelling visual communications that support the firm's brand and business objectives across social media, web, events, presentations, thought leadership, and marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of professional multimedia design experience within an in-house corporate, agency, post-production studio, or professional services environment
- Bachelor's or BFA degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with strong advanced presentation design capabilities
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics, animation, and video and audio editing
- Strong graphic design fundamentals with the ability to translate business objectives and creative briefs into polished visual concepts across multiple media
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, interactive design, Ceros, Flipsnack, Miro, or Vuture is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize and produce multimedia content across print and digital channels, including graphics, videos, animations, social media content, event materials, interactive experiences, and marketing collateral
- Develop motion graphics and short-form animated content for social media, websites, events, presentations, and other digital marketing initiatives
- Produce and edit video and audio content, including attorney interviews, podcasts, thought leadership pieces, and internal communications
- Develop storyboards, creative concepts, and visual narratives that translate marketing objectives and business needs into engaging multimedia experiences
- Design polished presentations, interactive PDFs, advertisements, reports, signage, charts, graphics, templates, and other branded materials
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, attorneys, and other internal stakeholders to understand project goals, develop creative concepts, and deliver completed materials
- Serve as a champion of the firm's visual brand by maintaining consistency and quality across creative work, monitoring emerging design trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen visual communications
