About this role

Build Your Physical Therapy Career Around One-on-One Care, Clinical Growth, and Active Patients

You became a Physical Therapist to evaluate movement, solve clinical problems, and help people return to the activities they love.

At Direct Performance Physical Therapy, you will have the time, autonomy, and support to do exactly that.

You will provide one-on-one outpatient Physical Therapy to athletes, active adults, post-operative patients, and individuals working toward meaningful strength, mobility, and performance goals.

Whether you are a new graduate Physical Therapist looking for strong mentorship or an experienced clinician ready for greater autonomy and professional growth, you will have the support to keep becoming a stronger PT.

Direct Performance Physical Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists across the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake area, including opportunities supporting our Great Neck and Kempsville offices.
