Job Overview

Dignitas Digital is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrating APIs, managing databases, and delivering reliable software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to transform business requirements into functional applications while maintaining code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications based on project requirements.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop server-side application logic, backend services, and REST APIs.
• Integrate databases, third-party services, and external APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot software defects and improve application performance.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in software testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver project milestones.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and appropriate application security measures.
• Maintain technical documentation and support software deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications and development workflows.

Required Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or comparable frameworks.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, database design, and data integration.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of responsive design, application architecture, and debugging.
• Knowledge of software testing and development best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering web applications from development through production deployment.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Laravel, React, Node.js, or WordPress-based development where relevant.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Experience working on client-facing projects, e-commerce platforms, or custom business applications.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
