About this role
Senior Full-Stack Engineer Location: Austin, Texas (On-site, 5 days per week; relocation support available) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $200,000–$225,000 Experience Required: 3–6+ years About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and scale Dynama’s AI-native prospecting, outreach, and order-tracking platform.
You will work directly with the CTO and co-founders, sit close to the sales team, and turn real-world feedback into shipped product improvements quickly. This is not a purely execution-focused role. We are looking for someone with strong product judgment who can own an end-to-end platform, make pragmatic technical decisions, and help lead the engineering function as the company grows.
Over time, this role has a clear path toward the CTO seat.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience owning an end-to-end product or platform, ideally at a startup or in a high-ownership environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python or a comparable backend language.
- Comfortable working with Linux command-line tools and developer workflows.
- Strong experience with relational databases, ORMs, database architecture, and data modeling.
- Experience building ETL pipelines and transforming messy, incomplete, or inconsistent real-world data into reliable schemas.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs, preferably including ERP or other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, prompt workflows, or AI-powered product features.
- Strong product sense: able to understand user needs, prioritize effectively, and make pragmatic build decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with founders, sales, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Austin, Texas, five days per week; relocation support is available for exceptional candidates.
- Nice to Have Prior experience at CPG, food and beverage, retail-tech, wholesale, supply-chain, or commerce companies.
- Experience at early-stage or Seed-to-Series B vertical SaaS startups.
- Experience building production LLM or agent workflows, including debugging, observability, and reliability practices.
- Experience with monorepos and modern AI-assisted development tools.
- Genuine interest in CPG, grocery, retail, or food and beverage brands.
