Position: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master - US Citizen Only

Duration: 12-24 Months

Location: Reston, VA with travel to customer meetings in Springfield, VA

Note: Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly = Top Secret clearance + SCI eligibility/access + successful Counterintelligence Polygraph

Job Description

• Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Manager Role.
• Experience with organizational change management, adoption planning, training coordination, and executive-level portfolio or program reporting.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, subcontractors, or distributed delivery teams.
• Current certification in project management or Agile delivery, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or comparable certification.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, and enterprise cloud migration or modernization practices.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and delivery considerations, including AI/ML, agentic systems, LLMs, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
