Pay Range: $62.40 - $88.11 per hour

Schedule: 4 x 10-Hour Shifts | 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Are you an experienced Operating Room Nurse with RN First Assist experience? Join a high-performing surgical team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative process.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures across multiple specialties
• Provide exposure, tissue handling, suturing, and hemostasis as directed by the surgeon
• Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative evaluations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure adherence to sterile technique and patient safety standards
• Assist with patient preparation, positioning, draping, and surgical setup
• Support elective, urgent, and emergent surgical procedures
• Participate in regional on-call rotation as required

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN License
• Completion of an AORN-recognized RNFA Program
• CNOR Certification
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of RNFA experience OR 2 years of perioperative scrubbing and circulating experience

Preferred

• CRNFA Certification
• ACLS Certification
• 2+ years of RNFA experience
• Strong background in Surgical Services and Main OR
